"Ordered from the KFC app and had a missing item, called the team at KFC Meadows and they got it resolved quickly organising a replacement with delivery. Calling further management to get it sorted and they went over and beyond making sure we got our food with great customer service, our replacement arrived quickly and still hot. I want to give a HUGE Thankyou to Erin for her great customer service aswell as organising and sorting out our replacement, we couldnt be happier with the service you provided tonight!"

"Went there on a Friday night, of course it was really busy. Got my order very quick, considering how busy it was. All the food was fresh and well made, and the staff were nice. My only gripe is that there was an item missing so it always pays to check the bag."
