"I thought I'd give this place a go with my mum. The coffee was a bit bland, mum's cappuccino had a bit of a bitter taste to it. The cheesecake she had was nice, the donuts I had tasted a bit rubbery but still eatable. The staff are nice but I think a little inexperienced. It would be good to have prices on the food in the front display area. We didn't see any drink prices either."

"I popped into KB yesterday to give them a go and my experience was fairly average, coffee was good and the barista on knew her stuff (after the other FOH staff questioned what's in an iced latte). But I was a little disappointed that they had no ice, and the service was a bit bland, no greeting, no smile, just a "yep?" from the young girl serving me. So I will be staying loyal to Seven Monks down the street but will pop in and give them another go sometime soon, once they iron out all the new business hiccups."

"After waiting weeks for Kings Brew to open, I was extremely disappointed pointed. I was hoping the place was going to be renovated with freshly sanded and polished floor boards ,but no it wasn't. They hadn't even cleaned the skirting board and the air con also looked like it hasn't been cleaned. I was expecting the place to be very clean and new. I ordered a waffle and was looking so forwards to trying it. But unfortunately it coved in so much Nutella ect, that it was sickly sweet. My guess that they way over did the topping, to hide the fact that they had over cooked the waffle and it was even burnt in a couple of places. Waffle should be soft and fluffy not hard and crunchy. On the positive not my hot chocolate was lovely."
