"Very interesting history in this building. Still shows some damage it received in the Japanese bombing of Darwin. There is a large collection of vehicle memorabilia and stationary owners. Well worth a visit. Please make sure you give them a donation to keep this historical building open and running."

"This place is amazing. I could almost feel the history there. I couldn't believe I found somewhere in Australia that they don't charge you to go in, free entry. I made a donation and purchased a cloth badge. People in Darwin seem pretty friendly too."

"Fascinating building which is possibly the only place in Australia where you can see actual air raid damage from shrapnel and a bullet. These incredible marks on the steel framework are conveniently highlighted with bright paint to make them more obvious. I also took some photos of the old cars to disguise the fact that I was actually only there to see the air raid damage. I don’t actually care about the cars on display but I guess they have to find something to fill the building with."
