"I've used these guys in the past with better results but I have to say I won't be going back: too many issues over too long. First, they ruined a pair of my wife's $300 shoes that they were meant to re-sole because they cut back so much of the shoe that it that it wasn't fit to walk on properly. And now, I brought in a Yeti to be engraved that was in a limited edition colour, came back two days later, and they gave me an engraved different Yeti in a similar but standard colour. They had no idea what had happened to mine and suggested maybe I was confused, even though I had a receipt showing what I'd bought and the colour it was! To be honest, the only ways that come to mind how this could've happened is that either one of the staff nicked mine and tried to replace it with something similar, or they stuffed up the first engraving and tried the same thing. Either way, I don't like being misled. They gave me a refund on the engraving but I'm not going back."

"Brought garage remote from here. They give us the wrong one. Went back with the receipt to swap it over to the right one. They didn’t have it in stock, told us that they will order it in and it should only take 2 weeks. It’s now been over 4 weeks and still haven’t received the remote. Went in and spoke to Aaron who has the worst customer service and was very aggressive. I understand that there can be delays but maybe advise the customer or don’t just so aggressive when they come in to ask for an ETA. We asked for a refund as we haven’t received the item we purchased and was told no as we don’t have the receipt now. The receipt was give to the guy when we went in 4 plus weeks ago to exchange the item and was never given back. You charge us $100 for an item we will probably never received, what a joke."

"Expensive, unprofessional, rude ! I cut 4 keys but none of them can open the door, they said it is the door’s problem, not the key’s problem? I showed them the video. First day, they said it looks like it is turning, nothing wrong with it. So I need to comeback and took another video, then they said they didn’t see any pressure when I was turning it? Finally, after 2 trips from the city to Casuarina square, they refund money to me…with very bad attitude, and without an apologies or anything. It looks like I am begging them for my money??!!! Anyway, I went to the Bunnings, it cost me only 4$ for a key and they worked perfectly. Thank you girl at the key counter, you are great! 2 young guys, if I was you, a key cutter, I will learn and know why they didn’t work instead of bullying customers."

"Very unprofessional, rude and poor customer service. Didn't provide a job receipt or take any job details down when I dropped off shoes for alteration (I gave my name and number but it wasn't taped to shoe box). Assured me they would be ready in 4 days and they would call me to collect. This didn't happen so I rang on day 5 and staff response was very rude and he couldn't tell me if my shoes were ready other than "must be as I only have some sneakers here to do". I sent my partner to collect and the staff were again rude. Eventually found the shoes under a pile of other customers orders. The alteration was not done as requested and I'm not sure if further alteration is possible. Will being going back to ask for a refund. No time to order another pair before the event. Very disappointed."

"Fantastic service from the team. When asked to create a engraved Collingwood logo onto 2 yeti’s if looked fantastic. The staff checked in every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Highly recommend for yeti engravings. Was quick and very easy to deal with and great customer service by both the blokes I dealt with. Will recommend to anyone that wants the full customer service experience."
