"I received these gorgeous flowers, delivery was very quick and professional! I also met the owners at International Women's Day Brunch, so friendly and welcoming. Will be ordering from them personally soon, not sure why on earth anyone would give this lovely company a low rating. I would give 10/10 if possible."

"I ordered the 'Pretty in Pastel' bouquet, I used Magnolia Flower Merchants over other florists because I loved this bouquet. However, the bouquet which was received looked very different. Different coloured vase, ugly green plastic wrapped around it, thick tropical foliage instead of soft romantic looking foliage and the flowers are certainly not pastel coloured! I understand flower and foliage availability is seasonal, but if you don't have the stock to be able to produce a similar look or colour, especially when the name of the bouquet specifies a pastel colour pallet, then you should probably remove the bouquet from the website until appropriate stock is available. Very disappointed and I won't be ordering here again."

"For my Mum’s birthday/mother’s day I ordered the ‘Lovely Lilies’ bouquet. I called at the start of the week to ask if they had orchids and was advised that although they don’t currently, they will in the next couple of days, so a couple of days later I went into the store to see for myself if they had gotten any in and they had! So I added orchids to the ‘Lovely Lilies’ bouquet which is $74.95 regularly but the price with the addition of orchids was $100. I was so excited to pick up my bouquet that Sunday, however, when I arrived at the florist I was given the bouquet pictured below. I was disappointed that they were closed buds instead of the bloomed flowers in the advertised picture, but I was happy enough that they would bloom at some point and that my Mum would eventually be able to enjoy them, but then I noticed that there were no orchids in the bouquet. When I went back into store to ask them about the lack of orchids, the worker (that i spoke to specifically about orchids when I ordered the bouquet) said that she didn’t think there was supposed to be orchids in my bouquet. Then once she rechecked my order and saw that I had in fact ordered orchids specifically, she backtracked and told me that orchids don’t look good with lilies so she decided to replace them with the green bulbs you can see in the picture below. And to that I ask: Why didn’t you inform me of this when I ordered the bouquet? Why didn’t you call to advise me to change my choice of flower? Anyway, I went home very upset and, since I was working, my Dad went into the store and spoke to the store owner about the issue for me and they advised him that if I sent them an email explaining the situation that they would refund the extra $25 that I was charged for the orchids specifically. However, I emailed them regarding this issue and received an email back saying “if you don’t like the BQ you can return, and we can full refund your money on that day. however, we don’t have orchid for you but we do substitutions as the same value with Green button on to BQ.” - in response to that: you did have orchids. I called ahead of time to enquire about them AND you showed them to me in store when i ordered the bouquet. Orchids were all I wanted in my Mum’s bouquet since they’re her favourite flower and you guys seriously let me down. Seriously, do not order a bouquet from this place, I never will again and will be advising all my family and friends of the same. They cannot admit their mistakes, have no regard for solving customer issues and constantly contradict themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE."
