"They never come to the door and just leave a calling card every single time. I even have a note on the letterbox to ring the door bell, which has a camera. They never show. I have been waiting over a week for re delivery and still no parcel. Every time I call they give a different time frame/day and deny the previous time frame given. I wish I could confirm the courier company when I purchase online to avoid this company at all costs."
"I would not recommend these guys to deliver a parcel anywhere, wouldn't deliver to our address which is 1km off the west tamar highway but won't redirect to our business address unless we pay a fee to change the address. Not helpful at doing there business no wonder they have bad reviews"
"Absolutely hopeless. Too lazy to get out of the truck and took the package back to the depot. Second time this has happened. Has to be the worst courier service in the State. Cannot contact them to complain or arrange alternative delivery. Do not use them!"
"My parcel was delivered yesterday. It was to be left in a safe place on my front veranda. It was left in front of my letterbox on top of a 45 cm hedge. Anyone could have just walked past and picked it up. So much for safe delivery."
