"I used this bond cleaner because it was recommended by Habitat Real Estate. As they say this one is professional and "Recently we have been made aware of some dodgy 'Facebook' and 'Gumtree' cleaners who have ripped off some of our outgoing tenants." My mistake was paying for the service before getting the bond back from Habitat. Please learn from my mistake! Helen from Yellow Rose Cleaning Service turned out to be very unprofessional, very rude and impolite. When I called for the quote, she said we do bond cleaning and free follow up for you, and we work with Habitat so they know our service. She told me it's not up to me to decide if the place is clean or not, it is up to the property manager, so I checked the place after she cleaned, some parts could be done better, but she won't come back unless the property manager called her to come. Her cleaners dropped the keys to letter box without my confirmation, when I called her to ask about it, she yelled at me over the phone "Don't take to me like I am a kid, this is your problem, I cleaned the place for you and done my job" and hanged up. Anyway I managed to get the keys out. Raewyn, the property manager from Habitat told me that she can't do much about Helen because I paid for their service already. And Habitat is the one that recommended THIS service - their business partner??? Raewyn even said that this lady is quite hard to deal with... so why you guys recommended THIS service for ternant? At the end my bond was deducted for the rug that supposed to be cleaned by bond cleaner by Habitat real estate without notifying me/ bond cleaner via email. Bond cleaner supposed to do follow up according to property manager's requirement AND Habitat supposed to contact me/ their business partner that THEY recommend to customer. I believe they work together to rip off customers and clients. Horrible service, I wouldn't trust Yellow Rose Cleaning Service as well as Habitat Real estate."

"After being provided the contact details for YRCS from my real estate (who use and stated they were "reliable and very good") I called Helen to get a quote, she didn't answer so went to the YRCS website and submitted a quote online with all the details required for bond cleaning quote and input all my contact information. I received a call from Helen a couple of days later asking what the cleaning included and she kept saying we will do outside as well and I stated "no, my partner will do that side of things. Just require a bond clean 1x quote for price with carpets cleaned and another without carpets just inside cleaned as per my online submission". She then couldn't get me off the phone any quicker by saying "yes, yes a quote will be emailed to you shortly". I asked her if she had me email and she didnt seem to answer. I provided my email again just to be sure. A couple more days passed and hadnt heard anything, so I decided to obtain the email for Helen from YRCS that the real estate had provided me with to follow up the quote. I emailed on the 28 Dec 21 the following: Good morning Helen, I spoke with you regarding a quote for ** ******* Drive on 20 Dec. We havent received anything via email, can you please advise of this pricing as we starting to organise and book everything for our move. Kind regards, MC To which she responded: Hi MC Sent quote 20/12/21 $720 internal only Helen To which I replied: Hi Helen, Not sure what email address you sent it to, but never received it. Can you please advise of the cost for internal with carpets done in the 3 rooms as discussed on the phone. Can you please advise with internal clean what that includes as I've not used a cleaning company before for a bond clean. Kind Regards, MC To which she replied: Hi MC Sent to this email internal clean  $720 steam cleaning $105 Helen I checked my junk/spam for the email, nothing received. I decided not to use the business because of the rude customer service offered and how hard it was just to get a quote. If she couldn't assist me with providing a quote and some basic information about the bond clean itself then I assumed when it came time to do the actual clean that would be an ordeal. I used another company who were very helpful and walked me through my first bond clean with no hassles."

"Made a google account just so I could write a great review for these guys!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a bond cleaner double book and cancel me the day before my final inspection. Vicky was fully booked out and I could tell it had put her in a tight spot. She shuffled everything around and still managed to fit me in even AFTER the power had been disconnected. She was so friendly and understanding of my situation. Not only did an outstanding job, but knows all of the ins and outs to what real estate look for and things they try to make you pay that you shouldn't have to. Cant recommend enough! Thanks guys"
