Toowoomba Showgrounds Caravan Park

Welcome to Toowoomba Showgrounds Caravan Park, located in Glenvale, Glenvale Road, Australia. As an establishment, lodging, and point of interest, our RV park offers a spacious and rural country atmosphere, making it the ideal place for caravanners to stop while exploring the Darling Downs. Only 15 minutes away from Toowoomba CBD, our caravan park provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Upon arrival, we kindly ask guests to come to the Show Office before setting up. During the Carnival Month of September, we do not take bookings as we can accommodate hundreds of vans on our large Showgrounds. Simply visit the Show office for your camp permit to be processed before setting up.

Our grounds are suitable for all caravans, camper trailers, and motorhomes, with easy access to all facilities. We are also pet-friendly, so there's no need to worry about leaving your furry friends behind. With a total land area of 245 acres, there are plenty of areas for your pets to explore the lush country landscape.

During your stay, we encourage you to visit the Equine Hall of Fame located within the Glenvale Room to learn about our rich equine history. It's a fascinating experience for horse enthusiasts and history lovers alike.

The cost per night is $30.00, which includes up to 2 adults and 2 children (16 years and under). For larger families, there is an additional cost of $5.00 per child per night. Any extra adults will require an extra site at $30 per site. Please note that tents are not allowed.

We do not require bookings, except during large events. Our grounds are open on public holidays and during Christmas. Simply check in at our showgrounds office upon arrival, and we will provide you with all the necessary information about camping in the showgrounds.

If you're planning an event, our showgrounds offer picturesque settings for any occasion. Set in natural bushland, our venue hire options cater to your specific needs. When filling out a booking proposal form, please provide details of any special requests or include diagrams of special layout needs. Additionally, list the camping, parking, and outside display areas you wish to include for your event.

Please note that due to restrictions under our Deed of Grant for State Government Land, visitors are only permitted to stay for a maximum of 7 days. Long-term or permanent stays are not allowed. However, after a lapse of 7 days, you are welcome to come back and camp for another 7 days.
