"I emailed my referral in. Never got a response. Called to chase up and was told yes it was received but no appointments available. It's been 8 months. Just received a letter saying I've been taken off wait list due to the long amount of time that has passed and need to contact them to go back on it. Letter was posted 6 weeks ago, so auspost delay i guess, but this place couldn't even spare the minute to call to ask if i would like to continue on the wait list. All for a potential heart problem. Thanks guys, great service."
