"A staff member suggested a brand of food for my doggo. I told her that I was just after one that would be available, as that was out problem with the previous brand of food. I was assured it would be. Since, they have been out of stock of the suggested brand. I've been in 3 times over 2 weeks and twice told to return on Friday as it would be in stock. Today I was told, quite rudely, that staff didn't know what stock would be coming in until the pallet arrived. Please stop misinforming your customers."
"The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Products can be on the expensive side but they are quality. For those who enjoy aquariums, there are some really cool live fish. For those who like reptiles, there are no live reptiles but there are good enclosures and materials."
