"I am extremely disappointed with the result of my hair. I went in to simply get my re-growth touched up. The hairdressers suggested a full head of foils (mind you, I only have half a head of hair due to an undercut) so that is what I went with considering they're professionals so should know what they're doing. I also got my undercut on scalp bleach as that wasn't long enough for foils. Well, the result Is humiliating, I asked for an ashy blonde toner to finish with and they put something on that has made my hair a bright gold/orange colour, especially my undercut. I told them I have the intention of growing my undercut out, but the colour was that orange I could not look at it anymore and I had also had a reaction to whatever was put on as I now have welts on my head, so I had to shave it off and treat my head, and will now have to wait for it to grow back again. And for all this disappointment I was quoted $235 plus however much the toner came to, they ended up charging me $307 for my orange hair, and was planning on charging another $30 for a trim which I refused.. Letting me leave the salon, knowing I was disappointed as I made that clear to the hairdresser. She then proceeded to tell me it would take 3-4 more goes of this to get my regrowth to blonde! I have never been more disappointed with my hair than what I am now. I do not recommend these hairdressers unless your desired colour is gold/orange and you want to be left out of pocket."

"Blade runners have moved location to what looks like 216 Westbury road, prospect. Went to buy mrs gift voucher for her nails, staff were friendly but had no idea where the vouchers were or costs involved in getting nail treatment. I was advised that nails were being done by trainees (which isn’t bad). Mrs received voucher and booked app for following day. Once there mrs had to wait 30 + mins before sitting in the chair. Nails had been started and was then told they couldn’t be done for a week, because they didn’t have any of the products. Mrs received refund and went to Diamond Nails. Now they look great."
