"The very worst hair cut I have ever had, and thats a true understatement! I went in with a photo, a style I had in mind, and walked out with something completley different! Botched beyond repair, my only option was to buzz cut my entire head and wear a cap. It looks like I have mange. I emailed head office with the photos and they immediately asked for my account details so I could get a refund. Nice of them, but what they dont take into account is I have to endure this terrible mess for weeks. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Such an upsetting experience. If I could post photos, I would. Edit in response to JustCuts .. You have no idea what a botched hairstyle can do to a persons mental health and self esteem! I have lost count, the amount of times a have had to explain to people why I had to shave my hair. 8 weeks on, my hair is only just getting to a point where I am feeling okay. Unfortunately I do not know the stylists name otherwise I would mention her here. A dark haired asian lady. AVOID this place! The best advise I can give anyone considering a 'walk in style cut'."

"Like one of the above posts, the stylist did not list to my daughter, pretty much sniggered with another Stylist about what my daughter wanted, she got my daughter to show the other stylist the photo she took in and gets told 'that's different' my daughter did not take that in a positive way at all... She told the stylist a few times she wanted the shorter parts shoulder length and she done it really high.........also the constant commenting at my daughter about how she should have straightened her hair before coming in because she 'prefers to cut straight hair'.... if you aren't confident with a style a client wants do not cut their hair, do not make the client feel like she's annoying you by being there, do not make comments about the panic attack my daughter had to another stylist as you are walking to the counter (of course leaving out she had the panic attack because you did not listen) and most importantly my daughter already has very bad anxiety and the stylist has made her second guess what was meant to be an exciting change for her... She wrote a complaint to Just Cuts and they are going to talk to the stylist but pretty much told her that all their Stylists are professional and trained to advise and help, she didn't even try to style my daughters hair once done, felt like she couldn't get her out of there fast enough (i honestly think that's because she knows she didn't do what my daughter wanted).... I will add one of the other girls the stylist called over was really good and i had my hair cut there a few days earlier and was very happy with the stylist that done it, which is what made us decide to come back... In a world where mental health is so bad, being kind can make all the difference! If i could leave no stars i would to be honest… edited to reply to just cuts! Not once was a 7 day guarantee mentioned, maybe we haven’t read the rules but was never discussed like you are saying! and how do you fix something that was cut shorter than asked? I have written an honest review, sounds like to me you’re pretty much saying your stylist treated my daughter fine. As much as I loved the lady that cut my hair we won’t be back to the kings meadows store after your reply!"

"There's no appointments just walk in hence you have a different hairdresser each time. After many visits I always leave happy and will continue to go there they also do a great shampoo."
