"Today my wife was served by a narky older woman who was extremely rude to her. She was with our 2 children picking up a bottle of wine for me. She immediately took a disliking to her and our kids who were very well behaved, as we have raised them to be. She scowled at my son and harshly said “you GO and wait over there” pointing to the exit, which immediately upset and confused him. She was bitter to my wife and humiliated her in front of customers stating at full volume “maybe next time you’ll remember this is a bottle shop!!”. I don’t know if she confused my kids with someone else’s, but they behaved and did exactly what my wife told them to do. Because of this nasty cow, we won’t be returning, and we’ll be advising those close to us to do the same based on that experience. It is NOT ok to talk to customers this way, and to shout at my kids because for no particular reason, you took a disliking to them. Just because you’re having a bad day, or hate your job, doesn’t give you the right to talk to customers like that. We will be issuing a formal complaint to your head office."
"This bottle shop is the most expensive bottle shop in Baldivis. You can purchase the exact same product, across the street at 1st Choice Liquor for substantially less. 1st Choice Liquor also price match with Dan Murphy’s.. so you always get the best available price. Liquorland preys on people leaving coles who don’t know any better. I asked the cashier if they price match with anywhere else.. and got a solid NO. So do yourself a favour and shop at 1st Choice instead. It’s directly across the street. Liquorland 1 star, First Choice 5 star."
