"Please do NOT come to this dishonest place!I bought my car last year and it’s done just over 12k. Danny charged me $187.90 for the roadworthy inspection before they even started to look at car which raised a red flag. They failed my car inspection, and Danny told me I need to replace all front and rear discs rotors cost $900, and he said the car doctor is the cheapest in the area. The same day afternoon I went to another roadworthy inspection place, they passed it straight away after they’ve checked it and said “the car doctor shouldn’t have failed you from the first place. There’s nothing wrong with the car and the rust on the discs is going away once you start driving it again.” Lucky I didn’t listen to him and spent $900, I asked for a full refund and all I got was “you are not getting it!” They are now chasing with me which shop passed my car inspection! The car doctor is scamming people’s hardworking money. Please do NOT come to this dishonest place! Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, my experience with the Car Doctor was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my car in to have the air conditioning fixed, but after their so-called "fix", the air conditioning never worked properly. Six months later, they gave me a quote for the same work, which raised some red flags. When I questioned them about it, they offered me a lower price multiple times until I finally agreed to pay $440. However, despite the payment, the air conditioning still didn't work. I was fed up with their unreliable and unprofessional service, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Recently, my car broke down, and I discovered that the reason was because the air conditioning was shorting it out. This was a costly and potentially dangerous problem that could have been avoided if the Car Doctor had done their job properly. In total, I spent over $2,000 on their services without any improvement to the air conditioning. As someone on a disability allowance, this was a significant financial burden for me. I cannot in good conscience recommend the Car Doctor in Port Kennedy to anyone, as their services were not only ineffective, but also costly and potentially dangerous"
