"I haven't been to this store in over 5 months due to a rude assistant manager that tried to treat me like a fool due to my age, little did he know I'm a retired mechanic of over year experience and I refused to go back. However I was desperate for a part and while my wife was next door at the pet store I thought I would try my luck. I was amazed that the changes that has happened. The store has been fully changed around and better laid out to find things but the customer focus and being welcome from the moment I walked in. A kind young man (Tristian) was polite and trying to help me, and he wasn't 100% sure and was upfront with me and said he will just double checked with the store manager. Anyway the store manager Micheal, another polite respectful young man was extremely helpful, not only did he help find the part I was after but got it in store the same day. He also took the chance showing and explaining to his team the way to go about it for next time. It was nice seeing a Manager actually teaching and active with the team, instead of hiding in the office. I learnt while they sourced my item that the team is all new with the manager only taking over last month. With a drive to make the store a go to place. The team really need to be recognised for the work they have done in just a short time and I for one will be returning here for sure. Keep up the great work."
"Stores time fluctuate more then the staffs decisions, they never know when they are closing and the times posted/online mean nothing as they shut when they decide to, as for the staff only 2 are helpful most of the time I've been walked back to the front desk as they have a new manager (bald guy) that knows nothing about the store, placement or producs and just refers me to the casuals (blond guy and talk lass) they are extremely helpful and seem to run the shop but everyone else has no clue what they are doing."
