I have left 2 messages for staff to return my calls regarding making an appointment for a blood test that requires a booking not a walk-in. No-one has responded to my messages. "14th July between 4:00pm to 5:00pm The staff is very bad, when I asked her if there is an information so the client can read and understand the protocol of the clinical lab? The staff said ; yes, went to the room and since the door is open I can’t see what is written at the door and I asked her, can you please show me where is that info? And she was pretending as if pointing reading and looking among the reading materials paste on the door but definitely nothing! It’s not a joke to wait for more than an hour and you will get the response when it’s your tun that sorry I can’t do it today you come back tomorrow because I’m alone now and it should be two people to do it and my co worker already gone. 15th July, but this morning, we went to Casuarina branch and why only one person conducted it and all done. It’s because the attending staff not even reading what is written in the doctors request? Because according to Justine( nice staff in Casuarina branch) if giving an injection will require two staff but in our case, unfortunately not and so frustrating that one staff can do it and we didn’t have it yesterday because of the unprofessional attitude of the attending staff in Stuart Park branch. So disappointed!"
