"Yesterday myself and three other customers waited for over 10 minutes to purchase a takeaway sandwich. You simply MUST put in a seperate way of paying for simple takeaway items or you WILL lose customers. I'm certainly not going back and I doubt the lady in front of me who had been waiting even longer than me will either."

"The food is mostly healthy, unfortunately very meat-heavy with few vegan options. It's busy at lunchtime, and a lot of take-away food is sold. The music is very loud, conversations cannot be overheard by the neighbors. The Burrito Bowl and burritos are cheaper from 3pm. Auf dem Foto ist ein grüner Smoothie zu sehen."

"The stars are for the hot drinks we had and the apology from the staff. We had sourdough toasties. My husband had ham and cheese, and I had chicken and cheese. On both, the cheese covered no more than half the sandwich. There was a little pile of mushed chicken in the middle of mine. The top piece of bread had no butter or cheese, so the whole thing was dry and tasteless. When I complained I was given an apology and an explanation that the franchise is given strict measurements of what and how much to put into the sandwiches. Never again!"

"Having visited Liv-eat only once before, and seeing $5 burritos after 4 pm advertised, my 2 daughter's and myself decided we would give them a try. We went in at almost 5pm to order them, we were not greeted, the girl serving us just stood there looking at me. It was not obvious, to us,what type of burrito was on offer, so I just asked for 3 burritos. She was not at all friendly or helpful with us and I could see she had rung up $ 38.70 on the til, so I asked her if they were $5. She seemed to have no idea that there were signs everywhere advertising $5 burritos, and then needed to go and ask someone. She then informed us it was only the chilli con carne ones. So we decided we would have them. She seemed disgusted when I produced cash. We waited for our burritos, and when they were ready, someone called out, and then dumped them on the counter for us to collect. My daughter commented about how the girls serving us was looking at me and was quite upset by this. The burrito was small, cold and sloppy and I would be super angry to have paid $9 each for them. This is a missed opportunity, as my 2 daughter's will be at LC next year, and were excited to eat there. They are no longer. Customer service is very lacking, not friendly or helpful and the food was average."

"Staff are busy but still make time to be polite and friendly. Easy to view menu and order on their kiosks. Delicious food, had the burrito bowl and it was the best I’ve had. So delicious!"
