"I had a very good experience with my pedicure and acrylic nails. A professional and thorough job by the friendly staff. I am pleased and will return."
"I had a manicure and shellac spa pedicure. Very rough job. They tried to overcharge me, the manicure was poorly done, when they dried the nails used a small fan took longer to dry. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I'm not using them again."
"I had waxing done, she was very rough with my legs and under arms. I should have stopped her then, but no… On to my more delicate parts. She ripped my skin off. That’s right people skin off. I stoped her after the second strip. They then tried to make me pay. After I insisted they call the owner, yes I did a Karen. I offered to show her the damage, she just shook her head and told me to leave. I was not rude but I was shaken. No apology was offered. Edit They have now contacted me privately and apologised. Apparently staff training will be reviewed, to prevent this from happening to future customers."
"Just had my eyebrows shaped and the staff member that worked her magic was amazing. At other places it's always a quick job, in and out, and not much attention to detail. VERY happy with the service, I'll be back again!"
"Charged me $80 for a French short acrylic and did a bad job would not come again. I could probably do better myself, that’s how bad it was. Very messy and took 2 hours."
