"Just went there to today to check out some air Jordans (reproduction from Indonesia) extremely rude staff, no one wanted to help me, also the first shoe shop I've been to without shoe horns, absolute joke if I was in charge I'd keep a close eye on staff as they're totally useless."

"If I could give half a star I would! Have shopped at the Rockingham store twice before, give them the benefit of doubt, but the staff interaction with us is the same dreadful experience every time. Same preoccupied, distracted, uninterested and rude 16 something year olds providing absolutely no customer service other than to quickly take your hard earned money and move on to the next poor soul only to provide similar service. If not for the brands sold this is a terrible shopping experience."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After browsing and being hassled about what I want I made my way to the counter to not be greeted but ignored by the manager herself and another employee on their phone and laughing, while at the counter the conversation continued between the two completely ignoring the fact they were serving someone. The attitude from all the girls in this store is trashy and unbelievable, poor excuse of a manager and poor excuse of employees. If you paid the same attention to customers as you do to your phones you would have a better chance of getting better reviews."
