"Terrible customer service experience - I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the abysmal customer service provided by your store manager .My recent encounter with the manager at your casuarina store has left me appalled and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Today, I visited the store with the intention of seeking assistance with a purchase made on last Friday. However, from the moment I approached your manager, it became evident that she had no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer service. Her attitude was dismissive and condescending, completely disregarding my queries and concerns. Despite my polite approach, your store manager responded with arrogance and disrespect. She seemed wholly uninterested in addressing my questions or providing any guidance whatsoever. Instead, she displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor, interrupting me while I was speaking and making me feel as though my inquiries were an inconvenience. The impact of this poor customer service experience cannot be overstated. As a loyal customer of Novo, I expected better treatment and assistance from your manager. However, her behaviour has left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' needs. I strongly urge Novo to take immediate action in addressing the deficiencies in her customer service training. Retail managers should be equipped with the necessary skills to communicate effectively and provide support to customers. Encouraging a customer-centric approach and fostering a culture of respect will undoubtedly enhance the overall shopping experience. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a catalyst for change as It is essential for higher management of Novo to acknowledge the gravity of this situation and take proactive measures to rectify the poor customer service delivered by your retail manager. As a customer, I expected better treatment and a positive shopping experience, which sadly was completely absent during my visit. To encapsulate , my encounter with your manager at Casuarina store was nothing short of a customer service disaster as ( situation got that worse where contacting centre security or police seemed more sensible rather expecting any solution from your manager) I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts the necessary changes and improvements within the company. As Customers deserve better treatment, and it is imperative that NOVO takes swift action to address this issue and restore faith in their customer service standards."
