"I could not recommend a service more, after receiving what was a 'lazy' at best diagnosis from RACQ. I had called around attempting to get prices on the cost of the recommended repair on a relatively new car (2018). Not a single business, other that Simon, questioned that diagnosis noting the age of the car - merely quoted me on the cost of that repair (with no offer of diagnostics). Simon came out (with that part on hand for the vehicle just in-case) and ultimately diagnosed the real issue saving me in excess of $650 and towing fees. In a modern age when everything is about quick turnover and maximising profits, this business deserves to be praised for putting the customer first. I wouldn't even think of looking elsewhere. 5 stars is not enough."
