"I've been coming to this store for many years. Oliver cares about cycling and cyclists, and yes, will give you his honest opinion, but you can be sure it is because he wants the best for you. He will not be satisfied until you, the rider, are satisfied. And he is a stickler for safety and safe bikes on the road, and that's fair enough. I always leave feeling looked after and having been charged fair labor charges, not inflated ones (like with car mechanics, at times, I wonder if being female resulted in excessive charges at other places; I can guarantee you, you won't feel like that with Oliver). This is not your cheap and cheerful shop; this is your "good quality and value in the long run" shop."
