"Would avoid at all costs and they would be getting a 0 rating if I could leave one. The worst communication and dodgiest repairs ever. Left our 3 month old brand new car with 6000kms on it with this workshop and it came back in disgusting condition! External parts and guard replaced with none of the structural damage from the accident under the guard being fixed or replaced, broken guard liners and broken brackets reused!! Scratched paint, poor paint matches, missing bumper brackets, misaligned bumper becuae the underneath wasn’t fixed and is still damaged, and swirls in the entire clear coat as well as water and wet rub all over the engine bay and in the air intake which clearly says not to spray. Pry marks in the door cards and ripped leather interior. Photos show some the damage done to our car on its return to us and some of the structural damage underneath that wasn’t repaired. We have just settled $6000 with our insurer for RECTIFICATION work - that’s $6000 of damages caused to our car whilst in repairs. Once there starts to be problems they stop answering your calls, or just never call you when they say they will, pushed the completion date 4 times, and lost parts off the car. Husband went down to check on the car half way when we were concerned with the lies we were being fed and was told by the workshop manager to leave and that “clearly you are unhappy in your personal life you have to come here to start sh**” I have zero faith that this company does anything with this feedback as it is a continually reported problem and I would say they have a significant workplace culture problem that runs from management down."
"TL;DR- Would avoid at all cost. Very Poor communication. Poor quality repairs. Long “delays”- total 7 months and my car still has issues. Edit @5/7/23 They actually gave me an UNROADWORTHY car. I received my car back in March 2023 after 4 months of delays (another whole ordeal) I was doing 110km/h on the Highway and wasn’t able to wash my windscreen when it got dirty. I could barely see. It was so DANGEROUS! Turns out the windscreen washer hose is missing. (See last pic) Not to mention the other issues of their quality of “repair” as seen in pictures. I went back to them to let them rectify the issues. Long story short, 4 months later, still not fixed. I I called every 4 weeks asking for updates. Excuses change every time. “Parts are delayed- expect to arrive in 4 weeks, supplier cancelled your order- we have to reorder, we have new staff and we were unaware you had issues.” (I wish I was joking about the last one). Below was my review in March 2023, the day I received my car- after 3 months of ordeal. I thought it was all over, but I was very wrong. _________ Review ~March 2023 Had to use this business through insurance BudgetDirect. Very Poor communication. Poor quality repairs. Would avoid at all cost. Estimated completion date always pushed back a week without notifying me. I had to chase it up myself. Wouldn’t pick up phone half the time. I received 3 phone calls from them: when my car arrived at the shop, when they started working, and when it was ready to be picked up. Total took 3 months for my car to be “fixed”. I found my car sitting on the road. My plastic has some sun damage (not there before)."
"I wish I had read the other reviews before letting my insurance company take my car here for repairs. Weeks of them not answering calls, not communicating with me even when they said they would, of me having to hound them through my insurance company only for them to keep pushing back my pickup date. When I finally did get my car back, sure the damage it was sent in for is fixed, but I have new damage caused by them in multiple spots. I hope you are reading this review before you take your car in there and not after. Do not send your car here, especially not through insurance. Find a more reputable place with decent reviews."
"Got this place recommended from my insurance company. I thought they would be good. - The only first and one good impression from this place is the receptionist lady. I’d give her 5 star customer service. I will never want to dealing with this place again! - They damaged my car more after they fixed it. Leave a lot of paint chips, scratches, cut off the sensor etc. - I took the car back for them to check the rear sensor one week after they fixed my car. The sensor was working fine before we took the car to get fixed. They took bumper out to check the sensor and didn’t put it back properly. They said they can’t find any issue and will get someone to have a look of the sensor or maybe order the new one. - I also raised my concerns about more scratches and paint chips after the car was fixed. He (the mechanic guy) said he got the photos and he will check if the scratches and chips are from them. - Since then they never get back to us. A week later we called them back to get an update. The lady on the phone said she will get the mechanic to call us back after their meeting. It’s been a month and nobody from MSR contact us back. - After we complained to our insurance company. We heard a lot of lies from MSR. - They didn’t take any photos on the day we took the car in. - They don’t know the issue of the sensor. Our insurance company sent their own assessor out to check the damage from MSR. - They said they fixed the sensor on the day that I took the car back in. No they didn’t! They don’t even know the issue how can they fix it. They actually damaged the bumper more and didn’t put it back properly."
"They have been repairing my car for 3 months now. It blows my mind that repairs to half of a front bumper can be so challenging for a repair company. Their ineptness is mind-blowing. *Update - For three months now they have been lying to me about the repair job on my car. I was informed that it would be ready to collect on Thursday, 2nd March. When I arrived to get it they tried to tell me they just had to change a tire and to come back next week. Something certainly didn't seem right, so I asked to see my car. After a struggle locating it, they finally found the car and it is now in worse shape than when it was taken to them for the repairs. Attached are photos of how I found my 'finished car'. This company is an absolute disgrace. I am in shock as to how a company plagued with so many lies and so much deceit can still be in operation."
