"5 months later, overall negative experience. Unresponsive to fix up shoddy workmanship, sealer under cupboards incomplete, sealer around bench and wall is broken and fragmented in places. Smithwards response is: ‘don’t contact us again’. My feedback to you is, to look after your clients, communicate positively and maintain timelines. All of which you failed at, miserably.
