"I attended the Cairns North store and unfortunately this is the worst coffee I've had on the whole East coast of Australia. I was charged just under $12 for a med vanilla latte and small flat white. There was also no pricing on the boards and no pricing on the card reader so you have no idea what it'll cost you. I also cannot fathom how this could be classed as a flat white. It's milk... My partners vanilla latte was the same, just milk. I had walked 10 minutes away from the shop when I realised so i couldnt go back, but the lady should check the quality of what she is serving. The shop attendant however, was very friendly but she needs to attend a barista course pronto."
