"Photos online are very old and are not a true reflection. Definately not 4 or 3 star. Mould on shower roof, air cond is loud, air cond control is very very old, light switch is broken, car park is scary, lounge looks like it's very very old and worn, bed was hard, only sheets on bed."

"Self contained apartment with microwave, cooktop, washing machine and dryer. The living area had a couch and a coffee table, plus a dining table with chairs. Small balcony. Not a new building, but the apartment was clean. Inn Cairns is conveniently located in the middle of Cairns City. Woolworths supermarket across the road. Many eateries are in walking distance."

"We had a 1 bedroom unit. It had most of what you needed. Microwave is under the bench making it difficult to use. Drawback for elderly is that the shower is over a bath. When booking photos on website showed a decent fridge but it only had a small bar fridge. The complex is in need of a major clean and upgrade. Our view of the pool showed it needed a good clean. Position was very good with a shopping centre across the road. It had a firm bed and very soft pillows - no support."

"GREAT LOCATION! WALK TO EVERYWHERE! But this whole place could do with a BIG spruce up. Clean but still looks shabby. Dated worn furniture & decor. NEW BEDS are a must (ours was way beyond its use by date) & sized to fit the room as we could not close the bedroom door. Washing machine kept tripping the circuit breaker. Cold water pressure non existent which can lead to a scalding shower. A pod coffee machine would have been good to see like all the other places we have stayed at. No cups. One mug for two people? Outdoor amenities have been run down, broken or in disrepair. It would be nice to sit on the rooftop which has a reasonable view but as there is no shade or seating.... This seems harsh BUT it is an honest review."

"Stayed here last week for 5 days. The location is great because it is very close to woolworths, the Esplanade, Rusty's, and many other prime places. The room was self-contained and stocked with everything we needed. Secure parking is available as part of your stay. Unfortunately, the room is on a main strip, and you'll hear every commotion from down below. The entire complex requires more regular maintenance. We were greeted with unsightly storage areas exposed in the parking area and mould growth in the corridor carpet. Inside the unit, there is an acceptable basic clean conducted. Smelt nice and clean but thick dust, mould between tiles in bathroom and marks on walls and surfaces. More concerning when it's on the headboard of the bed you'll be sleeping in. Outdoors areas needed to be maintained due to mould. Blinds were partially broken. The staff at the reception looked like they were trying to avoid human interaction every time we walked through the ground foyer. Overall, I've stayed at worse. But, "boutique" is not how I would explain this accommodation, lol. There is room for improvement."
