"2 wks ago I rang and booked in for a pool equipment check as filter was making loud noise. Was booked in for Tuesday 22nd Aug and was told person would call me before to advise what time. Tuesday came and I wanted to know what time so rang them at 11am and was told that the person wasn't coming out today and that it would have to be tomorrow. Wednesday [today] came and I rang at 9.30 to check what time he might be out and reception told me that he wouldn't be out today as he was home looking after a sick child. Nobody rang me to advise they wouldn't be coming. Both time I only found out because I rang them to ask what time they might be out. Waiting around for booked services is annoying if they don't tell you what time and then they don't turn up at all and don't let you know. I have now cancelled completely and have gone to another Pool Service Business. REALLY BAD SERVICE"

"i have robot cleaner Zodiac brand . the Zodiac asked PoolWerx replace part and repair. they said replaced new part and should be last 6 or 7 months, But after 1 week, the robot NOT working again and i bring back they said that No more fix .( they Not change part like they said)"
