"Have available funds for insurance ready. The day comes and goes when it's due. No money goes out. Then the emails and messages start. Not paid. In actual fact there are more than sufficient funds available. They don't leave my account. I check again. Funds still not gone on second attempt. Then out of the blue they get paid to Qbe. This isn't good enough. I need to know it won't be stuffed up and they are paid. The I try and call then get told 45 minute wait Sorry get it right or I am leaving."

"Worst company. Forcing there prices through the roof. Forced me to go up to $50000 contents which I would easily be able to get what I have back for $30000. This includes $20000 on artwork or antiques lol who’s putting hideous artwork on there walls? They don’t offer insurance according to u. Just how they can jack there prices up."
"If I could give -5 I would. Been try to get in touch with the over a 3rd party claim for 3 weeks. The longest I've been on hold was 3hrs. Call them directly and no one can help. So glad these guys aren't my insurer's if this is what I have to go through for a 3rd party claim I'd hate to think what other ppl go through."
"I cancelled my comprehensive car insurance with them instead of putting my refund into my bank account they send me a chq takes 3 weeks to get I would not insure with them they are a joke! Did not help in any way at all!"
