"My partner and I visit this Bunnings quite regularly and usually get really good service. However, today we had a terrible experience. We went in to buy some lamps for our two children's bedrooms. We purchased a twin pack and when we got home we realised one lamp was missing. We called the store and spoke with a lady who advised we should come back to the service desk to swap it over. We did this, and spoke with a redhead lady at the service desk. She was incredibly rude, did not even greet us when we walked up, starting the conversation with "do you have other shopping to do?" We said we didn't and she walked away. Then when she asked us to come around the other side of the counter, she began to scan our receipt, did not actually ask what was wrong and when I began to explain, she completely ignored me and walked away to get help from an older lady. That lady then laughed in our faces when we repeated what was told to us by the lady on the phone. We did not receive an apology for our situation or any care at all by either staff member. Luckily the gentleman who served us at the end was lovely, but definitely left a Sour taste in our mouth towards this store."
