"I went in here to pick up 2 snack packs and when I came in they had only made one. When I told the lady who I believe to be the owner Iryna this she refused and said no you ordered one and had a lot of attitude. When I said again this was not the order she accused me of lying. I told her that I didn’t want it as I was ordering for 2, she then proceeded to yell and tell me I was disgusting and to never come back, while this was happening I decided the right thing to do was to pay as they HAD made the food and also stayed open 10 mins past closing, but the owner still continued to berate me. I have never in all the years I have been coming here experienced this and I am SO disappointed. To call a customer disgusting and other things is truly terrible customer service. I left in tears."
