"It was a very popular restaurant and we waited in line for about 15 minutes during dinner time. I ordered a cocktail that wasn't on the menu but they made it for me. I am satisfied with the restaurant which is very comfortable."
"That was our first and last time here. It’s very expensive and taste not special for this price. Trio of dips, is just a little bit of dips. I ordered lasagna, that was ok. The worst lasagna I ever eat in a restaurant. Because of the name “la pizza” my partner ordered pizza. The pizza was really bad. Very dry! Pizza in supermarket taste better.. We have wild hibiscus ice tea for drink. That was water with a lot of sugar! Not taste like hibiscus. Never again."
"La Pizza has great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The service is quick. We ordered a medium size half and half pizza, and 2 glasses of ‘Refresh’ juice. The juice was freshly squeezed and tasted great! The half and half pizza was Garlic Prawn and Vegetariana (made with vegan cheese). While the quality of the pizza was good, it tasted okay. There wasn’t anything vegan on the menu but the staff was nice enough to offer to make the Vegetariana Pizza with vegan cheese. The location is great and the vibe was very happening. The place is usually crowded so may take you some time to be seated during peak hours even during off season."
"The breakfast was delightful, some of the best eggs Benedict I've had in a long while that was beautifully balanced with some amazing double smoked bacon. The affogato was great too with the only downside on the food and drink being the slightly dirty water glass I had. Other than that for sure 5/5 on the brekky front. The service was quite nice if a bit rushed and the staff seem happy. The atmosphere is nice with a great view of the esplanade"
"One of the best pizzas i've tried. Customer service is exceptional. The order arrived quite quickly despite being busy. The cocktails were ok. Overall vibe of the place is wonderful. I would say, it's a must try in Cairns."
