"Always had excellent service from Flight Centre agents . And then ...visited Victoria Point Branch this morning to book another holiday with my wife. 5 agents in attendance with no other customers. Took some time just to be greeted , asked for advice for a holiday and got the agent from hell. Asked for packages to Fiji or Phuket and said I am flexible with dates . Before getting the opportunity to discuss I was told in no uncertain terms " I can't look at every month or year". I walked out , what a pity you have employees like that that tarnish your goof name"
