"Actually bought 2 Renault Clio’s 1 year apart. Unfortunately kept both cars beyond the 5 year warranty. Should have known better as there were plenty of warranty repairs but these cars are engineered to accelerate the fail rate after 5 years. The only thing worse than the car quality is the service quality at Cricks. Items that they agreed to fix when the car was under warranty and didn’t complete properly are now “Sorry car is out of warranty”. Do yourself a favour avoid Renault and definitely avoid Cricks. From someone that started off happy but found it was all up hill battles after that. JK"
