Please note that when requesting an appointment at Life Essence, a booking fee of $50 will be required to secure your selected date and time. This fee will be used as a deposit for your appointment. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or failure to attend within 48 hours of the agreed time and date, the fee will be used as a cost for services. However, if a substitute is organized before the allocated day and time, the booking fee will not be used.
