"Food is ok. It is the only Fish and chip shop in Ormeau. Slowly working my way through all the burgers. The steak burger is my favourite so far. Chips could do with an extra few minutes though. Over all, the crew there are great and friendly and that’s what makes us come back"

"We used to love coming here. But after tonights inedible food I will never return. Chips were undercooked, gravy tasted burnt, Calamari if that's what you could call it, was heavily battered and tasted really funny. My partner is vegetarian and always orders the mini spring rolls. They must've changed suppliers as she tasted meat in them (for the record they've always been vegetarian spring rolls, as we've been coming here for 6 years) Legit threw $35 worth of food in the bin after 2 mouthfuls. Its a real shame"

"The worst inedible fish and chips ever. Oil obviously needs changing, seafood sticks had batter that was that thick the outside was oily and overcooked and the inside was doughy. Fish and chips inedible and calamari like I have never seen before, long strips that tasted off. Phoned to complain only to be told not to call back. No apology or anything."

"To be honest, kind of 50/50, sometimes the fish is absolutely lovely, sometimes it's dry as dry. Calamari is a little too thickly and heavily crumbed, and whatever you do, don't get a steak ("steak" pictured in my review)"

"Chips were nice, staff were friendly. The batter on there fish and seafood sticks was so thick and paste like under the greasy top layer of the batter definitely would not order that again. Dim sims were rubbery."
