"I came here for the karaage volcano. It's really good. However, it's not spicy at all. Use the chilli flakes for extra spice if needed. Come here and try it out. You won't be disappointed"

"Love the karaage and teriyaki donburi, chicken-avo roll, and especially the spicy honey soy chicken. The staff cooking is polite, but the wait staff fall short because of 2 or 3 that avoid and look bothered that they have to talk to customers, refuse to smile, and have dead eyes. We only go back coz the food is good and didn't seem as good when we got takeaway."

"I always order the Karaage bowl, or BBQ pork bowl with no salad and a plate of their Spicy Soy chicken. They take my order quickly and I've never had to wait longer than 10minutes for my bowl. My family who eat the sushi rolls absolutely love it here. And the sushi platters I'm told by my sister who practically ate all of it on her own are amazing. My grandma was very happy when she found something on the menu she loved but a lot of sushi places don't make anymore. Only 2 complaints are: 1. The drinks are expensive, so bring your own 2. They no longer do the sushi cards, so I don't get discounts on my 5th visit anymore (Edit: Ordered my Terreyaki today -04/07/2023- It was a rather small amount of chicken that was dry and chewy, but they did fix it when I explained. So no problem. There was also no sesimi seeds which was disapointing.) (Edit: Ordered Terreyaki again today, adamant to prove last time was just a fluke. It wasn't. -18/07/2023- The chicken was so dry I had to add 3x soy fish. One piece I even spat out as it was all just chewy fat, and had to ask for a napkin.*second photo* And others had gristle or other icky bits. And again, no sesame seeds. Not impressed. Both these experiences have put me right off the Terreyaki.)(Just asked if they have someone new making the bowls. Apparently they do. I definently preferred the old way.)"

"The food was just as good as most generic sushi restaurants, this one is definitely priced higher than most with plates at $5/$6 and bowls at $18. The staff were not at all friendly or welcoming and the booth we were sat at was filthy."

"Can't believe this place closes at 8pm on a Friday night! Meaning the kitchen closes at 7pm and no fresh sushi after this time. Extremely unhygienic - no lids on plates circulating on the trays. The sushi itself was unappetising, rice was dry, seaweed was dry, and the tuna salad had a nasty flavour. There was a poor selection of sushi and when we asked to order a final dish as the kitchen was closing, there was attitude from the waitress. At each table there were no dishes for soy sauce or to mix ginger and soy, and no bottles of soy sauce on the table. So each dish must use a small soy sauce packet. What a waste of plastic! And finicky and difficult. Would not recommend coming here for sushi."
