As the Centre Director, my name is Nicole Watt, and I have over 12 years of experience in the childcare industry. I am passionate about providing infants, toddlers, and young children with positive learning experiences. My goal is to create a welcoming and inviting environment where every child, family, and Educator feels supported and valued.

In my role as Centre Director, I act as a facilitator, supporting children as they learn about their strengths and work on their weaknesses. I believe in providing enriched care that allows children to make discoveries about themselves and learn to recognize and name their feelings. Together, we embark on a journey of growth and development, fostering a love for learning that will last a lifetime.
