At PRC Counselling, we are here to support you through this process and address any concerns or questions you may have. Whether someone has expressed concern about your well-being, you have experienced traumatic events, or you simply feel unhappy with your current circumstances, we are here to help.
Our approach is rooted in acceptance and non-judgment, as we believe that creating meaning and promoting well-being are essential for personal growth. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop customized treatment plans that are most effective for their unique needs. Our therapy sessions utilize a range of evidence-based approaches to ensure high-quality care.
Dr Paula Rodger specializes in treating a wide range of issues and employs various treatment approaches to address them. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or any other mental health concern, we are dedicated to helping you navigate through these challenges and find the support you need.
Our office hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
