"When we collected the camper van, the old lady receiving us was extremely rude. We were scolded for being late, when its was the airline's fault. We were already rushing like crazy, and there were no one meeting us at the airport. We had to rely on Google maps and walk all the way to the shop. Really put us off for the first day of visit to Tasmania. The return experience conversly was extremely good, having their customer service officer mailing us our lost item that was found in the campervan. Minus 2 stars for the bad attitude on the first day."

"Pretty good. Probably could've had a bit more of a run-down on the use of the vehicle. Vehicle was very clean. We had a 6 berth Maui & found it very frustrating opening the outside compartments. Keys should be labelled."

"We just returned from our 3 week road trip around Tasmania in our motorhome that we rented from Mighty Campers Hobart and what a great way to travel & see the sights. Pick up & drop off was real easy right near the airport entrance, the staff were very informative about how things worked too. The camper had all the bells & whistles, gas hot water & solar panels to charge things up when off grid. Overall great value & an enjoyable way to travel."

"We took a mighty 6-berth RV for 8 days and it was a great experience. Everything we needed was included and there was much more storage space that I anticipated. It came with a TomTom GPS and tablet that gave instructions for using the different parts of the RV. I don’t know what the different is between the mighty, Maui, and Britz branding on the RVs, I think it may just be the odometer readings, they switch from Maui to Britz to mighty as they cross certain KM thresholds. I don’t see any reason to rent a Maui or Britz over a Mighty. The shower was fine, uses lpg gas to heat. They will try to sell you the hassle free return package but there are multiple petrol stations and lpg gas refill places nearby including the anaconda camping store adjacent to the airport. Check in time took about 30 minutes, and checkout was about 10 minutes, but there was no one in line ahead of me either time. The employees at the rental place were very friendly and helpful and there are always heaps of freebies available food-wise and otherwise. They only gave us two toilet cleaning packets when we needed to dump the toilet every other day so we had to buy more. The vehicle itself was a Volkswagen with the automatic-manual transmission that has recently become popular in larger vehicles. It was easy to use if you’ve driven before and the van came with a backup camera as well. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone."

"Fantastic experience with Britz. Quick pick up and drop off, van in great conditions, all the info super clear, all the cooking facilities included in good state (some of them brand new). We will definitely repeat this experience, couldn't be more satisfied!"
