"False & Misleading Advertisement! Earlier today, I went to purchase a product expecting that the price specifically stated on the label would be scanned at the front counter. However, this wasn't the case. After advising the counter that the fine print was cheaper with all details in line with the product , I wasn't offered the fine print and only a refund because the price was apparantly 'incorrect'. It is appalling that you would mislead consumers when advertising your products nor not even offering what the fine print was on your shelf? Its not about the money, it's the principle. Cross check your prices throughout your store!"

"The cost of prescriptions is VERY EXPENSIVE I paid $$17.52 for Mobic with a script and I pay $6.50 normally. This is a massive 3X. I need to be proactive and buy scripts up in the city. I want to support local business but this is a joke. I asked the chemist and he just shrugged his shoulders and stated this is his price. The second joke about this is I was asked if I wanted the less expensive Chemist Own Brand"

"We had a script faxed to the pharmacy to pick up our medication as we were about to run out while heading down to Sorrento for the week. Unfortunately the pharmacy didn’t have the medication on site (even though it’s a very common prescription) and said they’d order it in. We then went into the pharmacy and they said they knew they were out of stock but they would have it delivered the next day - we suggested we could take the script to another pharmacy and they indignantly said because the script was faxed we couldn’t take it and I’d have to have it resent from the Doctor to another pharmacy. Later that day, after it was too late to contact our doctor the pharmacy then rang to say they couldn’t get the medication at all and we’d have to get it elsewhere! Seriously this pharmacy had no care and no empathy for our situation and we should have just gone to Chemists Warehouse rather than try to support a local small business! Clearly they need some competition down here to force them to lift their game."
