"Don’t get your coffee here. Took 10 min to get when it was very quiet. When I came up to the counter I enquired about it. He responded it’s coming, then went onto his phone to have conversation. Once making my order, he did not know how to make that type coffee (even though on the menu), I had to tell him, then it was cold….. Don’t waste your time here"

It is family owned and operated, and from a customer service perspective it is evident that they are doing their utmost despite English not being the first language.
