"John was amazing but I don't trust the new owners at all and am taking my business elsewhere. I took my car here for a service a few months ago and when I drove it away it was making a terrible noise. I went back to them and they kept my car for a day and a half, charged a bucketload of money replacing parts but never fixed the new noise. I've just taken my car for a safety inspection (at another business recommended by a friend) and was told about parts that needed replacing- the same parts that I had paid to be replaced at John's Autofix a few months earlier. The mechanic at this other business took me to see for myself and sure enough they were old and cracked and needed replacing. I'm left to conclude that the mechanic at John's Autofix was dishonest and I recommend that people take their business elsewhere."
