"Walked into Rossetto Tiles and had the most lovely lady. She helped source some sample tiles to take home. Paid the deposit and went home with the tiles. Unfortunately I lost the receipt, called up and spoke to the same lady. She said that was fine and I would get my deposit back without the receipt. Returned the tiles and a guy was working that day. He was incredibly rude infront of me and 3 children and refused to return my deposit to me. Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he has greatly let the business down."
"I ordered very expensive hand made tiles for one of my clients and was told it would take three weeks. After six weeks I made an inquiry and never heard anything . So it was up to me to contact the manager who never seemed to be available at the time. After ten weeks I was informed that the delivery finally arrived and even then had to argue to get the lot delivered. Only at arrival the delivery person told me that two boxes of tiles were damaged. So I inquired again with the manager asking for a discount which was declined with the reason that replacement had already been ordered. I was never contacted again, luckily the tiler was able to use the damaged tiles. Still, I'm feeling shafted and this episode was a very unpleasant experience. At over $30 per tile spent it was also expensive! A total customer DIS-service. My advice : Don't bother with Rossetto Hobart!"
