"Champion effort by the young legend at the counter riper sub and awesome conversation with a smile couldn’t care less what I’m served although it was wonderful and a well packed sub but I go where the service is excellent and mate he was a credit to the company so give the man a raise"

"Three staff were working, none seemed to know how to do their jobs. Seemed to be incapable of managing orders even when it was not busy. Couldn’t redeem a simple offer for a free cookie and drink I had on my app. Straight up told me “you can’t use this code” when we clearly could. The subway was made poorly, putting minimal toppings on. The staff seemed more interested in a gossip session than good customer service. Worse subway experience I’ve ever had coming from someone who often eats from subway from Hobart city or north Hobart where it is often more busy but better and faster service."
"Staff didn't warm the patty(frozen) properly. It was ice cold. When I gave a call to inform the store about it, they didn't listen and just cut the call rudely without even apologising."
