"David was very attentive to my requirements and great to deal with. Given my situation he was happy to deliver the vehicle from Beaudesert to Brisbane at a time that suited me. The car was bought unseen so I had to trust that it was as said. Happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Yep highly recommend David and this dealership."
"Poor customer service. Had to chase for delivery date on a used vehicle. Salesperson was on leave so sales manager stepped in to get car ready 3 days after funds cleared but still had to wait over an hour while they completed registration of the vehicle despite contract signed the week before. Wheels weren’t balanced after they fitted new tyres as part of roadworthy after test drive. Visited a local tyre place (live over 2 hours away) to get wheels balanced as there was a vibration whilst on the highway when travelling at speed. Almost a month later and many phone calls and messages and they still haven’t delivered floor mats as promised despite them being available in store. No tracking a week after being told they had the floor mats. Nothing. Not at all impressed with the customer service at this dealership."
