Founded in 2017 by Nurse Practitioner Sian Pritchard, Pritchard Health proudly became Geelong's first nurse-led mental health clinic. Since then, we have been committed to assisting our local community in accessing specialized clinical services without the burden of extensive wait lists, all while maintaining affordable options.
At Pritchard Health, we offer a comprehensive range of interventions, from short-term psychological therapies to longer-term complex care coordination. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the appropriate support and care throughout your journey.
We genuinely care about our patients, and your well-being is always our top priority. We believe that nurses hold a special place in healthcare, and this belief is reflected in our dedication to providing exceptional care and putting you first.
Please note that our administrative services are now available only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, we kindly request that patient information is not emailed unless through encrypted messaging services. If you need to send patient information, please fax it to 03 9376 0317, marked Attention: Sian Pritchard.

"If I could provide zero stars I would. With regards to my past mental health issues I felt continually unheard, judged and patronised. I was just finally lucky to meet a true professional who was able to treat me in a way that my health is so much more stable and I feel like the best version of myself. In saying this, I understand this is a negative comment, however when it comes to people's mental health providing a truthful review is paramount. Oh and before you repeat the privacy and confidentiality laws in Australia you should note that general comments regarding how your practices values reflect your day to day functioning is a great example of acknowledged feedback."
