"I had my hair foiled on by your team and firstly my hair is darker than the colour I came in with. Secondly my hair has broken due to your bleach. I have been foiling my hair for years and have never experienced this. (All types of bleach and techniques) either you just guess your ratios, left it on for too long or you use cheap products. I am so upset and full of regret that I chose to use your salon. I have been left with half of my hair thickness and $400 lighter. I have reached out via Facebook messenger and also Instagram messenger with no reply whilst you still post on this platforms. Rude approach to customers in a country community."

"Absolutely appalling service both in store and via messaging. Booked in to get my hair cut and coloured before Christmas as I couldn’t get into my usual hairdresser in my home town. Wasn’t informed an apprentice was doing my hair, which I have absolutely no issues with apprentices, everyone needs to start somewhere. The dying process of my hair was with another hairdresser, although once my hair was washed out it had come to the attention of the ladies that my roots hadn’t taken. To which another hairdresser came over and roughly parted my hair to check my roots all over. A darker shade was again put onto my roots, whilst the rest of my hair was still blotchy. I was then asked if I was getting my hair cut, which I said yes please and all I got was a sigh and a few chunks taken from random spots at the bottom of my hair. And the fronts left long. I had to leave Brisbane early due to work and other family commitments so I couldn’t return to the salon. When brought to the owners attention, I got the run around and was told I would receive half my money back, that was on the 24th of December. After asking for conformation of the refund I was then ignore. Fast forward to today, I message the business page again and the response I receive was ‘all sorted babe, have a good weekend’. I had only received $110 back. I was happy to accept half of the service refunded 4 weeks ago, although due to blatantly being ignored after asking for confirmation, I was no longer happy with that. After expressing I wasn’t happy with the ignorance and service at all and would much prefer the whole service refunded I was then ignored again and blocked from the business page. Would never recommend this business to anyone. Highly unprofessional."

"Bre (hope I'm spelling that correctly) did an incredible job of listening to what I wanted for ny long hair, and gently suggesting changes that would suit my style. She was gentle on the hair, professional and probably gave me the nicest haircut/trim I've had. Beautiful tapering around the face and some light layers for my long hair - so many hairdressers don't get it right, or make it look choppy/don't fade it well, but she did a fabulous job. I'm really happy with the results!"

"Had a fabulous first visit to this salon today with the gorgeous Bre tackling my well overdue regrowth. I imagine it would be difficult trying to figure out a new clients preferences but Bre did a beautiful job on my hair first go. Lovely salon and Bre, Lauren and Makalah made it a great, relaxing first experience. Highly recommend this salon"
