"Appalling service from Dr Burhan. Excuse after excuse for not seeing a patient. Paying money for forms and then getting rejected time and time again for trivial issues. These “Drs” are meant to help people but instead invade their privacy and then use that against them for no specific reason. Who are they to judge !!! It’s an absolute disgrace! 0/10 would be a better score!"
"Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience here. Without any explanation or suggestion of alternative options of where to go for help Dr Burhan and Dr Al Doorie both rejected my G.P referral for an initial consultation. With Dr Burhan I got a text message declining my referral. And with Dr Al Doorie I had to follow up why I hadn't heard back and turns out he shredded my referral without even informing reception to let me know he had declined it. When you are struggling with mental health and seeking support all that is quite soul crushing. On a positive note all the different receptionists I spoke to over the last 4 months were lovely. Just needs to be some better systems in place to support those seeking help, just a brief suggestion of what to do next to get support would do wonders."
