"Great service up front. Asked if I could put a set of shies on hold for a day, lady put a not on it end of day 12th. I rock up lunch time on the 12th another staff member put them but in stock pile, clearly can't read or doesn't care. Good news was they were still available. Happy with my new shoes."

"There was a mother who came into this Foot Locker to find shoes for her daughter, who happens to have a disability and a skin condition. The service (or lack thereof) was appalling and the worker who was asked for assistance would not even check if the shoes fit properly. She was impolite, and rude. I understand that everyday may not be a good day but the fact that she happily addressed other people in the store and treated this mother and daughter as “less than”, is unacceptable. The workers name was Chetra V and the date was 17/04/2023."
