"I left a bad feedback before. And yes these guys aren't the best and 3 starts is a lot. But as long as I have a shop in mind and that shops accepts vouchers. I can access my money. Yes it's annoying and yes I can understand my past drug use is the reason why I won't get money put into my account. But Paul has been great, he as the manager isn't as bad as I thought. So I deleted my bad review. But I do not recommend the public trustee. My worker Sharon is really rude and mean to me, has called me names and I don't like her. And I know she doesn't like me, which is fine. Just me personally I like to have a mutual professional relationship with my workers. She didn't and still doesn't. But each to their own. Sorry again to say guys, but I would not recommend this company."

"This company is completely unprofessional. Dealing with them recently after a relatives passing has been a complete and utter nightmare. The person I’ve been dealing with from their office is rude and incompetent. First they said they require only my drivers license. Then a different person called saying they need my license and to sight my birth certificate. Then they asked for a copy of the birth certificate signed by a justice of the peace. After this was provided they now want the original birth certificate taken into their office. They have not explained anything and are completely disorganised and unprofessional."

"Absolutely disgraceful. Rude, incompetent, didn't reply to emails, paid car rego just before the due date even though advised weeks in advanced, which caused my partner added anxiety, depression, paranoia,... The reason why she was with the public trustee. Failed to lodge her tax return before the due date. The reply from public trustee was they are exempt from the ATO deadlines, despite it was a straight forward return with one group certificate. Had to get 3 quotes for a new windscreen as it was smashed, even though the first quote was cheap. Took 2 days to get quotes, a day to scan and email quote and 2 days for the trustee to reply, 2 days wait to get the windscreen fitted. A week without being able to drive as car was unroadworthy. Etc etc etc. I Could write all day. Then we found out the public trustee is Not a government organisation. Therefore a for profit organisation.. No wonder. Enough said"
